Alpha Wave Inducer
Device used to enhance sleep in humaoids, but only meant for occasional use. It is not meant to replace natural sleep, and is an electronic version of an anesthetic. Subject enters a deep, dreamless sleep during which surgical procedures can be carried out without causing pain to the subject.
