Nebula Class
Type of Federation starship slightly smaller than a Galaxy class. This starship class features a large upper equipment module, usually for sensors, that could be customized for different mission profiles. Test platform for the Galaxy-Class components. The Equipment module can be fitted with sensors, weapons, crew quarters or cargo holds, depending on the mission specifications. Serving as the workhorse of the fleet from the mid 2300s to the present.
